Enjoy pine forest and ocean views from this lovely beach home that is located in a quiet area of Lodge Hill. Spacious open concept living area offers vaulted ceilings, wood floors, gas fireplace and lots of windows with comfortable furnishings and a large flat screen TV with extended cable. The large ocean view deck is located off the lovely dining room and is a perfect place to relax with a good book or enjoy a meal while experiencing the beautiful Cambria sunsets. It features a table & chairs, chaise lounges and a Weber charcoal barbeque. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you will need including newer appliances as well as an ocean view. There is also a powder room and separate laundry room off the entry hallway.

All 3 bedrooms and the 2 full baths are located upstairs. Master bath has a large shower and separate bathtub plus vanity area. 2nd full bath is a tub/shower combinaton and located off the hallway by the other 2 bedrooms.  Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and a dressing table with make-up mirror. Master bedroom has a king size bed and there is a Queen size and another King bed for the 2nd & 3rd bedroom respectivelly. There is also a loft area with a desk for a quiet place to work if need be. A cozy daybed & chair offers a place for a nap or is a spot for meditation or reading.
The ocean and tidepools as well as the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve are about a 15 minute walk from the house. Come and enjoy the quiet beauty of Cambria is this lovely and thoughtfully furnished beach house.

Rates: Pricing is based on # of guests We are only allowed to have 6 guests at this home:

 

1-2 guests:$190.00/nt, base rate. Each additional guest is $25 per person per night plus 12.5 percent tax.***Holiday and Summer period will have higher base rate. Please see below.***

Occupancy Requirements:

3 night minimum stay always required, but during dates 6/15 thru Labor Day 5 night stays will apply & the minimum base  rate will be $215 per night. Federal Holiday weekends are a minimum of 3 nights, however Easter/Spring Break,  Thanksgiving, Xmas & New Years weeks will be a minimum stay of 5 nights & minimum base rate will begin @ $215 per night.**For requests fewer than the minimums please contact me but please note that we are not allowed to rent for only 1 night.**Adults preferred.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

Minimum Cleaning Fee $225(fee amount may change based on occupancy) + Reservation Fee $35 + 12.5% occupancy tax on total.

Reservations & Check-in Information:  50% of the total amount due is required at time of booking via your M/C, Visa or AMX card to confirm your reservation. All remaining monies are due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservation will include:

1. Total Nightly Rent

2. $35 Reservation Fee charged at time of booking.

3. Minimum Cleaning Fee

4. 12.5% Occupancy Tax on the entire amount.

Check-in is between 3:00 & 5:00 p.m. & check-out is 11:00 a.m. Parking for 3 cars, no RV’s please. Due to our local County Ordinance no groups or parties are allowed.

We are sorry but this is a NO PET/NO SMOKING home.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:There is a $100 fee for any cancelled reservation. If you cancel a reservation a minimum 61 day notice must be given for an immediate return of your deposit. If less than a 61 day notice is given, there will be no return of deposit or any collected funds unless the home is re-rented. No refunds will be given for early departure or fewer guests after home is occupied. Any refunds will be via check.
