Reservations
Reservations are accepted and confirmed with a down payment of $225 to $500 on your Visa, M/C or AMX card at the time of reservation & the balance of funds is due 14 or 30 days prior to arrival. Reservation will include:
1. Total Nightly Rent
2. $25 Reservation Fee
3. Cleaning Fee(see"Cleaning")
4. 9% Occupancy Tax on the entire amount.
Cancellation Policy
There is a $75 fee for any cancelled reservation. If you cancel a reservation a minimum 60 day notice must be given for an immediate return of your deposit. If less than a 60 day notice is given, there will be no return of deposit or any collected funds unless the home is re-rented. No refunds will be given for early departure or fewer guests after home is occupied.
Arrival & Departure
Check-in is 3pm - 5pm & check-out is 11:00am. Your keys will be in a lockbox at the front door of the home. You will be given the lockbox code prior to your arrival date, or we will meet you at the property.
Cleaning
Each reservation will be charged a cleaning fee based on number of guests, length of stay & the size of the home. Any damages or excessive cleaning will be charged to your credit card as an additional charge.

Maximum Occupancy
Because of new County Ordinances there can be no guests in excess of the number specified in the reservation. No groups or parties are allowed. Guests in excess of the reserved number will result in immediate termination of the occupancy of the property with no refund of the rental amount.
Furnishings & Supplies
All homes provide sheets & towels and an initial supply of paper products and bath soap. If you need additional supplies for your stay, they can be purchased at our local stores. Please bring your own beach towels or blankets as we do not allow inventory to be removed from the homes. Please do not move the furniture; it has been specifically arranged by the owner.
Trash
Please do not leave any bags of trash outside. Put garbage in gray can and recycling in blue can. Do not put garbage in green or blue can.
Pets
We are sorry, but NO PETS are allowed on the premises. If pets are noted on the premises you will be asked to leave & your rental amount will be forfeited.

We reserve the right to refuse tenancy to anyone.
