This lovely home offers comfort and charm from the moment you enter. Located in the Marine Terrace area of Cambria, it is just a short stroll to the ocean & tidepools as well as to the Fiscalini Ranch & bluff headland walking trails.
Upstairs you will find an open floor plan featuring a sun-filled living and dining area and a large well appointed kitchen & half bath. There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout the home. You can enjoy the warmth & comfort of the gas fireplace & a peek of the ocean while relaxing with a good book, cup of coffee, glass of wine or while having an enjoyable dinner shared with friends or family. There is also outside seating on the attached patio just off the living area.
Our home also offers Wi-Fi and unlimited phone service if you have to bring your work with you or just want to stay connected.
All bedrooms & both full baths are located on the entry level. Two of the bedrooms offer king size beds & share the hall bath. 3rd bedroom has a double bed & a single bed for flexibility in sleeping arrangements and has it's own bathroom. All the beds & mattresses are newer, very comfortable & have beautiful bedding designed for a peaceful sleeping experience.
Front entry area of the home has a flagstone patio & pretty landscaping...it is a sweet place to sit & enjoy the local birdlife or take in the sea air. Come & enjoy the peace & tranquility our home has to offer along with sunsets, good cheer & memories to be made with each other or with friends while exploring all that Cambria & the Central Coast has to offer.

Rates: 1-2 people $150/nt 3-4 people $185/nt 5-7 people $235 nt. There will also be a non-refundable cleaning fee colleccted based on number of guests & length of stay & a reservation fee of $25 along with our local occupancy tax of 11%.
Reservations & Check-in:
There is always a 2 night minimum stay , however June 15th thru September 15th there will 5-7 night required stays and Holiday periods will be from 3-5 night stays which will be based on dates. ***For requests fewer than the minimums please contact us, we may be able to help.*** Adults preferred . Monthly rates available upon request.
A deposit is required at time of booking via your M/C, Visa or AMX card to confirm your reservation. Initial deposit amount will be based on total amount due. Holiday reservations & longer stays require 50% payment at time of booking. All remaining balances are due 30 days prior to arrival. We do accept checks however a credit card number is required to hold your reservation until check is received. Reservation will include:
1. Total Nightly Rent
2. $25 Reservation Fee charged at time of booking.
3. Cleaning Fee(see"Cleaning")
4. 11% Occupancy Tax on the entire amount.
Check-in is between 3:00 & 5:00 p.m. & check-out is 11:00 a.m. Parking for 3 cars, no RV's please. Due to our local County Ordinance no groups or parties are allowed. We are sorry but this is a NO PET/NO SMOKING property.
