This peaceful and serene home greets you with a lovely garden area, including pretty flowers and a water fountain in addition to large sheltering trees. It offers privacy, yet has wonderful views of the hills and valley area that surround Cambria from the spacious back deck.
Inside, the home is furnished in a simple yet refined Zen style with bamboo floors and soothing colors all around. Beautiful touches throughout the home welcome you, whether in the master bedroom which looks out to the trees, or the inviting bathroom with large soaking tub which will help you relax & let your cares & stress drift away. Master bedroom which features a Queen bed also has a french door leading out to the patio. Our second bedroom has lots of light and also has a daybed which works as a twin bed for an additional sleeping area for one person. Relax by the fireplace in the living room with a good book or bring your favorite DVD for viewing on the flat screen TV. Prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen & enjoy dining on the outside deck by candlelight or read a book in the sunny courtyard area.
Come & enjoy the quiet of this charming home along with the many pleasures that Cambria has to offer...galleries, shops, restaurants and an abundance of nature that is all around you, whether on land or sea. We are 1.5 miles from the ocean & the Fiscalini Ranch which is a bluff headland area with walking trails. Hearst Castle is close by & you will also enjoy viewing the elephant seals who have made the Central Coast their home. Cambria is also a gateway to the Paso Robles Wine Region and nearby are the coastal towns of Cayucos and Morro Bay. So much to see and experience in addition to being located by one of the most beautiful coastlines in California. There is something for everything in Cambria and we hope you visit us soon.

Rates: 1 to 2 persons $125/night 3 persons $150/night. Two night minimum stay is always required, however June 15th thru September 15th there will 5-7 night required stays and Holiday periods will be from 3-5 night stays & Holiday Rates may apply. ***For requests fewer than the minimums please contact us, we may be able to help.*** Adults preferred . A non-refundable cleaning fee will be collected based on number of guests & length of stay. There is also a $25 reservation fee & 11% Bed Tax calculated on the total amount. Monthly rates available upon request. **Please note: sleeping arrangement for 3 to 4 people is a convertible bed for 1 person in 2nd bedroom & a futon in the living area for the 4th person.
Reservations & Check-in: A deposit is required at time of booking via your M/C, Visa or AMX card to confirm your reservation. Initial deposit amount will be based on total amount due. Holiday reservations & longer stays require 50% payment at time of booking. All remaining balances are due 30 days prior to arrival. We do accept checks however a credit card number is required to hold your reservation until check is received. Reservation will include:
1. Total Nightly Rent
2. $25 Reservation Fee charged at time of booking.
3. Cleaning Fee(see"Cleaning")
Check-in is between 3:00 & 5:00 p.m. & check-out is 11:00 a.m. Parking for 2 cars, no RV's please. Due to our local County Ordinance no groups or parties are allowed. We are sorry but this is a NO PET/NO SMOKING home.
Cancellation Policy: There is a $75 fee for any cancelled reservation. If you cancel a reservation, a minimum 60 day notice must be given for an immediate return of your deposit. If less than a 60 day notice is given, there will be no return of deposit or any collected funds unless the home is re-rented. No refunds will be given for early departure or fewer guests after home is occupied.

This house is one of our most relaxing and wonderful vacation spots ever...two days aren't nearly enough! Quiet, peaceful and we enjoyed breakfast on the lovely front patio and wine & cheese on the back deck while watching the sunset. Both of us enjoyed the luxury of the soaking tub...heaven to have a tub long enough to stretch out in and one that also keeps the water at perfect temperature.
