“Leopold Cove” is a beautiful Oceanfront Home located on the Central Coast of California. It has fabulous ocean views and access to the water from a private stairway. The living area has large plate glass windows that feature 180 degree views of the Pacific Ocean. A comfortable bed & a warm, cozy fireplace are also located in the living area so you can relax for hours, or even days, enjoying the beauty that surrounds you.
There is a full kitchen & a separate bedroom with 2 twin beds. The property also has a picnic area & places to sit, perhaps with a good book & a cup of coffee while you watch the sunset. If you are a nature lover, you will enjoy the otters, seals & bird life that we are privileged to have so close to us. During the gray whale migration times, this is a perfect spot to view these magnificent creatures.
You will have access to many Central Coast attractions from Cambria. Cambria itself is a charming village that features galleries, shops, a playhouse, local music and a variety of dining options, as well as a beautiful environment. Big Sur and Hearst Castle are to the north and the Wine vineyards are to the East. There is a city airport and train station in San Luis Obispo. I hope you will visit soon.

Price & Minimum Stays:
Pricing is based on # of guests: 1-2:$250/nt. Guest 3 & 4 $50 each per night. House will only accommodate 4 people only. 3 night minimum always required, but during dates 6/15-9/30, 5 night stays will apply. Federal Holiday weekends are a minimum of 3 nights, however Easter/Spring Break, Thanksgiving, Xmas & New Years weeks will be a minimum stay of 5 nights. **For requests fewer than the minimums please contact me but PLEASE note that we are not allowed to rent for only 1 night.**Not Suitable for
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Cleaning Fees: Based on # of guests & length of stay + Res.Fee $25 + 12 percent occupancy tax on total.
CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a $100 fee for any cancelled reservation. If you cancel a reservation a minimum 61 day notice must be given for an immediate return of your deposit. If less than a 61 day notice is given, there will be no return of deposit or any collected funds unless the home is re-rented. No refunds will be given for early departure or fewer guests after home is occupied.
Arrival & Departure:
Check-in is 3pm & check-out is 11:00am. Your keys will be in a lockbox at the front door of the home. You will be given the lockbox code prior to your arrival date, or we will meet you at the property.
Reservations & Check-in: A deposit is required at time of booking via your M/C, Visa or AMX card to confirm your reservation. Initial deposit amount will be 50 percent of the total amount & the remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival. We do accept checks however a credit card number is required to hold your reservation until check is received. Reservation will include:
1. Total Nightly Rent
2. $25 Reservation Fee charged at time of booking.
3. Cleaning Fee(see”Cleaning”)
4. 12 percent Occupancy Tax on the entire amount.
Check-in is between 3:00 & 5:00 p.m. & check-out is 11:00 a.m. Parking for 2 cars, no RV’s please. Due to our local County Ordinance no groups or parties are allowed. We are sorry but this is a NO PET/NO SMOKING Home.
