Guest Policies
Maisons De Cambria important information about our guest and rental policies.
Reservations:
A deposit is required at time of booking and will be charged to your M/C, Visa or AMX card to confirm your reservation. Initial deposit amount is 50 percent of the total amount due & deposit amount shall not be less than $250. All remaining monies are due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservation will include:
1. Total Nightly Rent
2. $35 Reservation Fee charged at time of booking.
3. Cleaning Fee(see”Cleaning”
4. 12.5 % percent Occupancy Tax on the entire amount.
CANCELLATION POLICY:There is a $35 fee for any cancelled reservation. If you cancel a reservation a minimum 61 day notice must be given for an immediate return of your deposit. Any refunds will be paid via check. If less than a 61 day notice is given, there will be no return of deposit or any collected funds unless the home is re-rented. No refunds will be given for early departure or fewer guests after home is occupied.
Arrival & Departure
Check-in is 3pm – 5pm & check-out is 11:00am. Your keys will be in a lockbox at the front door of the home. You will be given the lockbox code prior to your arrival date, or we will meet you at the property.
Cleaning
Each reservation will be charged a cleaning fee based on number of guests, length of stay & the size of the home. Any damages or excessive cleaning will be charged to your credit card as an additional charge.
Because of new County Ordinances there can be no guests in excess of the number specified in the reservation. No groups or parties are allowed. Guests in excess of the reserved number will result in immediate termination of the occupancy of the property with no refund of the rental amount.
Furnishings & Supplies
All homes provide sheets & towels and an initial supply of paper products and bath soap. If you need additional supplies for your stay, they can be purchased at our local stores. Please bring your own beach towels or blankets as we do not allow inventory to be removed from the homes. Please do not move the furniture; it has been specifically arranged by the owner. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO TAKE ALL YOUR BELONGINGS WITH YOU. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE, FINANCIALLY OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY PERSONAL ITEMS LEFT IN THE HOUSE. WE DO NOT HAVE A LOST AND FOUND.
Trash
Please do not leave any bags of trash outside. Put garbage in gray can and recycling in blue can. Do not put garbage in green or blue can.
Pets
We are sorry, but NO PETS are allowed on the premises. If pets are noted on the premises you will be asked to leave & your rental amount will be forfeited.

We make every effort to keep our properties in good working order, however, no guarantees or refunds are made for mechanical failure of appliances, audio/video equipment, spas, internet, cable services or any household systems.
Every effort will be made to honor your reservation, but please understand there are some situations beyond our control. Should the property become unavailable for any reason, Maisons de Cambria Vacation Rentals reserves the right to relocate you to another similar property or if a property is not available, to refund your deposit.
Maisons de Cambria Vacation Rentals reserves the right to refuse tenancy to anyone.
